Conor McGregor says he has 21 spare Katie Taylor v Chantelle Cameron tickets as he confirms he will attend Dublin fight

Conor McGregor has confirmed he will be in attendance for Katie Taylor's fight with Chantelle Cameron this weekend.

The Bray Bomber will aim to become a two-weight undisputed champion when she faces Cameron for the English fighter's super-lightweight belts at the 3Arena in Dublin.

Tickets flew out shortly after going on sale last month, although there are some still available on Ticketmaster. However, these range in price from €511 to over €1,500.

McGregor held talks with Taylor's promoter Eddie Hearn earlier this year to discuss the security costs associated with staging an event at Croke Park and later agreed to sponsor the 3Arena show.

The former two-weight UFC champion took to Twitter on Monday to say that he had 21 spare tickets for the event, but only for people who can "personally contact" him.

He wrote: "What’s the story folks I’ve a couple of mega Katie Taylor announcements coming all this week, for our Katie's fight! Multiple days back to back! But first I want to announce that I have 22 tickets to the fight itself, in the exclusive “G Cash” seats. I only need one seat myself. So 21. Join the G Cash team if you wish to see and support our Katie fight in these prestigious seats. Hit me up. And only of course if you can personally contact me. A G cash. Have a seat."

Taylor is aiming to make more history in what will be her first fight on Irish soil as a professional, but expects a tough challenge from Cameron.

She said recently: "I feel this is going to be the greatest night of my career so far.

"It has all the makings of an amazing fight - it has all the makings of a fight of the year contender.

"She's busy, she's exciting to watch herself, she has a big fanbase herself so this has all the makings of an epic fight.

"I don't like being involved in too many of those fights but I hope I make it a bit easier for myself this time around, but this definitely does have the makings of an epic class of fight.

"I think the training camp has gone fantastically well and I am putting in the work like never before, day in, day out, and I feel like I am prepared for whatever comes my way on fight night.

"I'm feeling brilliant right now and definitely the preparation, you gain a lot of confidence from the preparation that was put in over the last few months, and yeah, I'm expecting a career-best performance on fight night.

"I’ve definitely pushed myself mentally and physically like never before. Day in, day out just putting the work in."
