Taylor's partner also shared posts online to celebrate their anniversary, writing: "365 days of us. So many memories & so many more to make. Thank you for keeping me sane, absolute earth angel. My bestfriend. I love you."
The couple regularly share photos from Taylor's uncle's pub in Crumlin and also enjoyed a trip together to Paris earlier this year.
Former two-weight UFC champion McGregor often splashes the cash on gifts for his family, including niece Taylor.
Earlier this year, she shared a series of photos after McGregor bought her a number of Chanel gifts, including a bag and necklace.
Posting on her Instagram story, Taylor shared her gifts with Conor sending her a Chanel Mini Messenger in a Black Patent and a Chanel Large CC Heart Locket.
The Mini Messenger in Black Patent retails in and around the €4,500 mark while the Large CC Heart Locket can be sold for up to €2,000.
And sharing the story, she said: "Spoiled rotten as usual. Forever grateful for you @thenotoriousmma @deedevlin1."
It came one year after McGregor bought Taylor a brand new Range Rover for her 20th birthday.
