Terri wants the UFC fighter to take a DNA test to prove that he is baby Clodagh's dad after claiming the pair slept together in Liverpool in 2017.
McGregor has denied that he is the father and claims that Terri slept with one of his friends.
It's understood that McGregor, 30, is prepared to take a DNA test to prove it.
Photos of Terri and McGregor were allegedly taken in his hotel suite, which appeared to show his hand placed below her black leather skirt.
Terri showed the Irish Daily Mirror social media messages in which he appeared to deny he was Clodagh's father and suggested that she had instead slept with one of his friends.
Last May, Terri filled in an “initial enquiry form” for child maintenance, naming McGregor as the “respondent”.

Terri says she decided to tell her story earlier this year as she felt she had nowhere else to turn.
Terri said: “I don’t want his money. I just want to prove he is Clodagh’s dad and I’m not lying.”
She added: “I’m still thinking I shouldn’t do this, it is wrong, It has got to the point, I’m living with my mum, on my own, with no job, with a baby, I’m struggling, it is harder than I thought it was.
“I really didn’t want to do this, I wish we could have sorted it out privately. I don’t know why he let it come to this.”
