Conor Leslie To Star In Horror Thriller Archangel At Comic-Con

Conor Leslie, known for her role as Donna Troy in the DC show Titans, is set to star in the upcoming horror thriller film, Archangel. The movie is written and directed by Bryan Edward Hill, a comic book writer and screenwriter who previously worked on Titans as a writer and supervising producer. Archangel has recently completed filming after being kept under wraps and will be unveiled at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con.

Produced by Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Abu Dhabi, Archangel marks the emergence of a new force in the horror genre. Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Abu Dhabi have a track record of successful productions, including Watcher and Late Night with the Devil, which achieved significant commercial success.

The plot of Archangel revolves around a privately funded organization conducting research on life after death. Their work attracts the attention of an ancient entity determined to prevent humanity from uncovering the mysteries of the supernatural. Hill is also working on a graphic novel set in the world of Archangel, which is currently in the process of being pitched to publishers.

In addition to Conor Leslie, the cast of Archangel includes Greg Hovanessian, Alyshia Ochse, Azure Parsons, and Trevor Riley. The film is produced by Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, Derek Dauchy, Julius Pryor, and Bryan Edward Hill, with Ben Ross and Rami Yasin serving as executive producers.

A special panel at Comic-Con will offer a first look at Archangel, with Steven Schneider, Bryan Edward Hill, and Conor Leslie in attendance. The panel, titled Image Nation and Spooky Pictures Presents: Murder in the Next Row – The Future of Horror Unveiled, will take place on Thursday at 1:00 PM in room 9 of the San Diego Convention Center. Attendees can expect to see artwork from the graphic novel and gain insights into the film's production and storyline.
