Conor Hazard has labelled Plymouth a 'special club' as he spoke for the first time since leaving Celtic.
The Northern Ireland international has departed the Scottish champions on a permanent deal for a new challenge in the English Championship after putting pen to paper on a three-year deal for a reported six-figure transfer fee. Last campaign he became a champion in Finland with HJK Helsinki in an impressive season that also brought Europa League experience as he looks to make an impact in England and become the No1 goalkeeper at his new club.
Writing on Instagram about his move alongside a couple of images of himself, he wrote: "Delighted to sign at this special club. Can't wait to get going and meet all the Argyle fans." His transfer has brought together his Celtic team-mates past and present to send well wishes as he embarks on a new journey. He's previously has spells in Scotland on loan at the likes of Falkirk, Partick Thistle and Dundee twice before his season abroad.
