Connor Ronan and Jak Alnwick both paid tribute to St Mirren's supporters after confirming they were leaving the club.
Playmaker Ronan quickly became a firm fan favourite during his season-long loan spell from Wolves, notching eight goals from midfield including a couple of goal of the season contenders.
Former Newcastle and Rangers goalkeeper Alnwick has been just as popular after two impressive seasons between the sticks.
Both players took to social media to express their gratitude to the Saints fans for backing them, with Ronan admitting he wished he'd been able to say goodbye to them in person having seen his loan cut short due to injury.
St Mirren's player of the year Ronan said: "Another season done! Disappointing that I didn't get the chance to say goodbye to you Saints fans but it's been a pleasure.
"Can't thank everyone at the club enough and wish everyone at St Mirren the best for the future."
Ronan's future remains up in the air, with the 24-year-old keen to break into the Wolves first team while Hearts and Aberdeen are both interested in signing him.
Alnwick meanwhile appears set to join English Championship side Cardiff City.
Alnwick posted: "St Mirren what can I say, two years has gone already and that will be my last game for the club.
"What a way to finish, four clean sheets in a row and to captain the club.
"Thank you to everyone associated with the club, you've made the last two years unforgettable for me.
"I wish the club the best of luck in the future."
