Rangers have suffered a massive injury blow with Connor Goldson forced off against Liverpool.
The ever-present defender appeared to injure a muscle as he stretched for a challenge with Darwin Nunez. The disappointment of Giovanni van Bronckhorst's key defender was evident as he buried his head in his hands with his night ended prematurely at Ibrox. The stopper -who penned a new long-term deal in the summer - was replaced by youngster Leon King, who continues to impress and has big names like Manchester United watching him.
The 18-year-old has joined Ben Davies in the heart of the Ibrox backline with a huge 45 minutes to come in Govan. Van Bronckhorst and the fans will be praying it is nothing too serious and that Goldson will be able to return to action as soon as possible. He's featured 236 times for the club, all but a few of them starts.

He has played every minute of both the Champions League and Premiership campaigns this term, further cementing his ever-present status.
His exit from the game was met with a rapturous applause from the home support as he trudged off head and hands as he emotionally left proceedings in Govan.
