Connacht take on Newcastle Falcons in their opening game of the Challenge Cup this weekend.
The Irish province will be hoping that this is just a one-season stint in the competition having been Champions Cup mainstays over the past few seasons.
They'll fancy their chances against a Newcastle side that have had a wretched start to the season and have won just three of their opening nine games in the Gallagher Premiership.
Here's what you need to know about this weekend's big game:
Venue
The Sportsground in Galway
Date
Saturday, December 10th.
Kick-off time
5:30pm.
TV Channel and streaming information
Viaplay (formerly Premier Sports) will have live TV and streaming coverage of the game.
Quotes corner
Andy Friend on the decision to keep Connacht hooker Dylan Tierney-Martin on the pitch despite a heavy bang last week:
“That was assessed. We hear the comms (communications) on all of that. He was assessed by the match-day doctor and it wasn’t deemed sufficient enough for him to come off.
“From my visual there was no staggering of him or stumbling or any other visual signs. When that’s all checked he is also getting checked out too. They make their calls as professionals and we have to back them.
“If we saw something as a group of coaches we could definitely do something about that but I can promise you our medical staff would be the most diligent on that, out of all of them."
Team news
Finlay Bealham, Dave Heffernan and Cian Prendergast are all out with injuries.
