Congressman Donalds countered this narrative by emphasizing what he views as President Biden's shortcomings during his tenure. He criticized Biden for what he described as suppressing free speech during the COVID-19 pandemic, mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for military personnel against their will, resulting in adverse consequences for their careers.
