Following concerns raised by some Democratic representatives regarding Biden's recent debate performance and his viability against former President Trump in the upcoming election, calls for Biden to step aside have emerged from figures such as Reps. Mike Quigley, Seth Moulton, Lloyd Doggett, Angie Craig, and Raul Grijalva.
However, Rep. Frederica Wilson of Florida voiced her support for Biden following the virtual meeting with the CBC, commending his dedication to national progress and underscoring his commitment to advancing Black economic prosperity. Wilson affirmed her endorsement of Biden for another term, citing his consistent advocacy for marginalized communities.
