Congress headquarters, Indira Gandhi Bhawan to be inaugurated on Jan 15

New Delhi: Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi will Inaugurate the new AICC headquarters, Indira Gandhi Bhawan at 9A, Kotla Road here on January 15.

The state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the evolving needs of the party and its leaders, featuring modern facilities to support administrative, organisational, and strategic activities, a Congress statement said. Its construction began when Sonia Gandhi was the president of the party.

Shaped political and social fabric of India
The building reflects the Congress Party’s forward-looking vision while paying homage to its extraordinary past, which has shaped the political and social fabric of India.

The Indira Gandhi Bhawan will be inaugurated in the presence of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi.

400 top leaders invited
About 400 top leaders have been invited to attend the inaugural ceremony, including members of the Congress Working Committee (CWC), Congress Legislative Party (CLP) Leaders, Members of Parliament from both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, AICC Secretaries, and other party leaders.
