'Confident' Kate Middleton displays 'honesty and integrity' during charity outing

While dealing with a restless Prince Louis during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, Kate Middleton gained the sympathy of parents everywhere as she tried to calm her son during the celebrations.

The Duchess of Cambridge was praised for her 'patient' and 'relatable' reactions to Louis's hilarious display during the celebrations over the bank holiday weekend.

Kate was praised for her 'confident' and 'hands on' motherly approach with her four year old son, and one body language expert reveals she shows ‘honesty and integrity’ through open gestures.

Speaking on behalf of Slingo, Darren Stanton reveals the tell tale signs that reveal Kate's inner confidence as she has become an integral part to the royal family since marrying Prince William in 2011.

He said: “Kate has solidified her popularity among the British public, mostly due to how relatable she is to others, especially through her role as a mother.

"We saw her in full parent mode with a cheeky Louis over the Jubilee, so it’s no surprise she loves to interact and learn from other young parents.

“It’s clear to see this from her body language too - we saw her kneeling down looking through a bookcase with another mum, proving she is now afraid to get her hands dirty and take part in whatever is going on.”

Darren also notices that Kate coordinates her outfits to match the events she is attending, like her touching bee tribute earrings to the Manchester Arena Bombing victims at a memorial service earlier this year.

He adds: "It’s a common trait for Kate to wear colours that reflect the event she is attending, so it’s no surprise she opted for a neutral outfit while stepping out in London to attend a children’s charity initiative.

“Wearing a white blazer and black trousers, Kate’s outfit choice allows her not to stand out too much and reflects her desire to shine attention instead on the charity and those she is interacting with instead.”

Darren continues: “Kate also displayed some great gestures to do with honesty and integrity. You’ll notice when she’s talking, her hands are open palmed - in psychology, this is called an open gesture and is used to unconsciously demonstrate sincerity.

“Kate is known for always showing genuine emotion and her recent outing proved no different, with the Duchess of Cambridge displaying true expressions of happiness and joy. Her eyes are engaged and her crow’s feet are showing - all signs that she is really enjoying herself.

“We can also see from Kate’s recent outing just how confident she has become over the last few years. Evolving as an individual within the Royal family, Kate doesn’t need William to hold her hand in terms of support.

"Her inner confidence is clear through the way she walks - Kate takes wide strides, an external validation of the inner confidence she has and the commitment she has to giving others a great experience.”
