Concerns grow for missing Scot last seen three days ago as police launch appeal

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing Scot who was last seen three days ago.

Steven McNamee, also known as Max, has not been seen or heard from since 5pm on Tuesday, November 29. The last sighting of the 50-year-old was in the Letham area of Perth.

As time passes, officers investigating his disappearance say they are becoming increasingly worried for his health and wellbeing. Steven is described as being white, 5ft 9in and with long, black hair.

He has several tattoos on his face, neck, arms and hands. Inspector Lesley McDonald said: "As time passes, we are becoming increasingly concerned for Steven’s health and wellbeing.

"I am appealing for anyone who has seen Steven or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.

“Additionally, I would appeal to Steven himself to contact us if he sees this so we can ensure he is safe and well."

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting incident number 2326 of 30 November, 2022.
