Concern grows for Lanarkshire man who vanished from pub on Easter Monday

Concerns are mounting for a Lanarkshire man who has not been seen since Easter Monday.

James Bedford was last seen at around 5.40pm on Monday, April 18 leaving Bucks Bar on West Regent Street in Glasgow.

It is understood the 45-year-old had intended to go to Glasgow Queen Street Station to get the train home.

However, it is believed that James remained within the city centre of Glasgow. His current whereabouts are unknown.

James is descried as 5ft 8in, average to heavy build with short brown, greying hair and short facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a black Stone Island jacket and dark coloured jeans.

Anyone who may have seen James since this time is asked to contact police on 101.

Information can also be left anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
