He is described as white, 5ft 8ins in height and of medium build with short, black hair and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a black body warmer, black T-shirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap and red trainers. It is possible he may be carrying a large dark rucksack.

Officers have confirmed Kelvin was on Balmore Road, Glasgow, around noon on Monday, August 15, however his movements after that are unknown. It is believed he may have travelled to England, particularly Blackpool as he has links in the area.

Superintendent Ross Allan said: “As time passes our concern for Kelvin’s welfare grows. Kelvin is vulnerable and we are appealing for the help of the public to help trace him.

“I am appealing for anyone who has seen Kelvin or anyone with any information on his whereabouts to contact us. I would also appeal to Kelvin himself to get in touch.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 1430 of 17 August, 2022.
