Concern growing for welfare of missing Scots man last seen in Greenock

Concern is growing for the welfare of a missing Scots man from Greenock.

Police are trying to trace Richard McPhee and say he was last seen at 11.17pm on Saturday, October 22, near the Inverclyde Royal Hospital area.

He is described as being white, of slim build and 5ft 7in tall, with short fair/blonde hair and blue eyes.

When Richard was last seen he was wearing a grey ripped t-shirt, dark shorts and white trainers.

It is believed he may have travelled to Renfrew from Greenock as he is known to frequent the area.

His family are growing concerned for his welfare due to the length of time that has passed since he was last seen.

Police are urging anyone with information on Richard's whereabouts, or anyone who maybe have seen him, to get in touch.

Officers can be contacted by calling 101 and quoting incident number 0466 of 23rd October 2022.

Police have confirmed Richard has now been traced safe and well.
