It is day three at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The gold rush has already begun for Team England with three picked up across the first two days.

Lawn bowls and para lawn bowls: 8.30am to 1.45pm, 3pm to 8.15pm

Badminton: 11am to 2.30pm, 5.30pm to 9pm

Gymnastics: 9am to 12pm, 2.30pm to 5.30pm

Hockey: 9am to 12.30pm, 2pm to 5.30pm, 7pm to 10.30pm

Rugby Sevens: 11am to 2.30pm, 18.30am to 10pm

Triathlon and para triathlon: 11am to 4.20pm

Weightlifting: 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 4.30pm, 18.30am to 9pm

Table tennis and para table tennis: 9.30am to 2.30pm, 4pm to 9pm

Cycling; track and para track: 10am to 1.30pm, 3pm to 7pm

Aquatics; swimming and para swimming: 10:30 to 12.30pm, 7pm to 10pm

Cricket T20: 11am to 2.30pm, 6pm to 9.30pm

Boxing: 12pm to 3pm, 18.30am to 9pm

Netball: 12pm to 5.30pm, 6pm to 9.30pm

Squash: 12pm to 3pm, 6pm to 9pm

Beach volleyball: 2.30pm to 5.30pm, 7pm to 10pm

Basketball 3x3 and wheelchair basketball 3x3: 5.30pm to 6pm, 7.30pm to 10pm
