Commonwealth Games schedule: Day seven events and start times at Birmingham 2022

We have already reached day seven of a thrilling Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, with plenty more exciting action to come.

15 more gold medals are up for grabs across Thursday’s events, which include the start of the diving and rhythmic gymnastics plus the road cycling time trials and men’s long jump and 110m hurdles finals.

Australia currently boast a comfortable lead at the top of the medal table, claiming 46 golds to hosts England’s 38. The Aussies’ lead on total medals won so far stands at 123 to 103.

Here’s the schedule for day seven at Birmingham 2022, so you can plan accordingly (all times BST unless stated)...

Lawn bowls and para lawn bowls: 8:30am to 1:45pm and 3pm to 8:15pm

Netball: 9am to 12:30pm, 2pm to 5:30pm and 7pm to 10:30pm

Badminton: 9am to 3pm and 4:30pm to 10:30pm

Table tennis and para table tennis: 9:30am to 2:15pm and 4pm to 8:30pm

Athletics and para athletics: 10am to 1:30pm and 6:30pm to 10pm

Road cycling time trials: 10am to 4pm

Cricket T8: 11am to 2:30pm and 6pm to 9:30pm

Boxing: 12pm to 4pm and 6pm to 10pm

Squash: 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm

Rhythmic gymnastics: 12pm to 3:30pm and 6pm to 9:30pm

Diving: 1pm to 3:30pm and 6pm to 9pm

Hockey: 2pm to 5:30pm and 7pm to 10:30pm

Beach volleyball: 2:30pm to 5:30pm and 7pm to 10pm

Para powerlifting: 3pm to 5:45pm and 7:30pm to 10:15pm
