Aston Villa striker is reportedly 'not keen' on a move to Everton in the January transfer window after a loan bid from the Blues was rejected.
The Daily Mail's Dominic King had previously reported that Everton had launched a loan bid to bring Ings back to Merseyside. but Unai Emery was only willing to let the striker leave on a permanent deal.
Villa spent £25 million to sign the former Liverpool man from Southampton in 2021. The striker has made just eight starts in the Premier League this season and the Villains could be looking to recoup some of the transfer fee.

Frank Lampard is known to be wanting to bring in an attacking player to Everton this month, but it is proving hard to come by.
TalkSPORT's Alex Crook told Give Me Sport: “He’s just built a new house in the local area, so that comes into play, you know, whether Mrs Ings will be in favour of rerouting. I was told he wasn’t particularly keen on joining an Everton or a Wolves.”
