A comedian has apologised after a video of him filming homeless men doing a push-up challenge for money garnered serious backlash.
Fabio David better known as Fabu D told Dublin Live that he not intend to cause any harm with his videos. In the videos seen by Dublin Live, he posed a "challenge" to two different homeless men to see how many push-ups they could do. He offered the men a euro for every push-up they could do on camera.
Fabio said: "I understand the backlash. I didn't mean any harm. I would genuinely want to apologise. I didn't mean any harm or to upset anyone in any way."

Founder of 'Friends Helping Friends', Glenda Harrington called for Fabu D's videos to be boycotted and said that watching the videos made her feel sick.
She said: "To exploit someone who is clearly already vulnerable and in a desperate situation for Money is bad enough. But to film it for likes on Facebook is vile. Treating these humans like circus clowns is disgusting.
"This man needs to apologize, judging by the crowd watching he has a following, it worries me it won't be long before this becomes a 'Facebook trend' stripping people of the little dignity they may have left."
