Paolo will play the BBC’s Later with Jools Holland, on BBC Two on Saturday - available later on BBC iPlayer.

He is still to perform a string of dates on his UK and European tour, including dates in Limerick on August 21, and two nights at London’s Alexandra Palace.

Two of the Buddie legend’s three albums to date ‘Sunny Side Up’ and ‘Caustic Love’ have topped the UK album charts and seen him amass eight million global album sales, eight million UK single sales, and 1.5 billion global streams, as well as scooping him an Ivor Novello award and multiple BRIT Award nominations.

His latest album is a 70-minute epic that spans the distance from classic rock to post-punk to hypnotic Krautrock.

Physical formats include a clear green double-vinyl which is available exclusively from Paolo’s official store, while key Scottish indie stores are offering an exclusive white marble double-vinyl.
