Indianapolis Colts defensive end Yannick Ngakoue was a late addition to the injury report Friday ahead of the Week 17 matchup against the New York Giants.
Though Ngakoue was listed as a full participant in Friday’s practice, he’s listed as questionable due to a throat injury for Sunday’s road matchup against the Giants at MetLife Stadium.
It’s an odd situation and one that suggests he likely suffered the injury during practice. It’s difficult to gauge how severe the injury is though, considering he was listed as a full participant.
We’ll see what happens over the course of the weekend as the Colts already ruled out three players.
The inactives for the game will be released around 11:30 a.m. ET (an hour and a half before the game) so we’ll know if he’s playing around that time.
