Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Ashton Dulin signed his restricted free-agent tender, the team announced Tuesday.
The Colts applied a right-of-first-refusal tender on Dulin in March, meaning any team could still offer Dulin as if he were a free agent. However, the Colts would have the chance to match any offer if they wanted to.
It isn’t clear if Dulin did get any interest on the market, but the signing of his tender officially means he will be back with the Colts for another season.
The wide receiver room for the Colts is wide open, which means Dulin has a chance to crack the back-end of the depth chart. But his contributions on special teams are what make him so valuable to the Colts.
