The Indianapolis Colts (7-5) are on the road for a Week 14 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals (6-6) on Sunday at Paycor Stadium.
The sportsbooks have the Colts sitting as road underdogs and the experts around the league are essentially split on who will win this AFC bout.
Here’s how the Colts Wire staff sees this Week 14 matchup shaking out:
Kevin Hickey: Colts 27, Bengals 24
As is the case with most Colts games this season, we should expect this one to come down to the wire. The Bengals put on an impressive show with an upset win over the Jaguars in Week 13, proving they have the capability to keep up in a high-scoring game.
The Colts have been road warriors this season, boasting a 5-1 record away from Lucas Oil Stadium. Currently riding a four-game winning streak, they’ve done so on the back of some timely offense and a pass rush that has turned the corner. Expect Samson Ebukam and DeForest Buckner to continue their strong performances.
The two biggest factors for the Colts in this game will be limiting Ja’Marr Chase as much as possible and taking care of the football. If they can do those two things, they should come away with another road win.

Cody Manning: Colts 28, Bengals 17
The Indianapolis Colts get things going early in this contest behind Zack Moss. With the offensive line dominating, he gets open lanes to create explosive runs throughout the first half. The Cincinnati Bengals are able to fight back to get in the game because of broken coverages that lead to touchdowns by Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
With Cincy having a chance to take the lead in the fourth quarter, Jaylon Jones picks him off for a game-changing play and the offense marches down the field on a time-consuming drive to put the game out of reach with a Moss TD.

Meghan Hall: Bengals 28, Colts 21
While the Colts’ four-game winning streak has been great to see, I’m afraid the train is going to run out of steam. Indy needed a bit of last-minute heroics to beat the Titans, and they are facing a Bengals team that is playing with confidence without Joe Burrow. They just took down the top team in the AFC South with a lights-out game from Jake Browning. It looked fairly easy and that concerns me with a young secondary. Can Indy keep up with the Bengals? I’m not so convinced.

Cody Felger: Colts 27, Bengals 17
Even without some key pieces, the Indianapolis Colts are a better team on paper. It’s hard to see Jake Browning repeating his Monday night performance. Cincinnati is a very flawed team and will come back to earth on Sunday.
