Colts remain massive 10-point underdogs to Cowboys

The Indianapolis Colts (4-7-1) will enter the weekend as the biggest underdogs of the week against the Dallas Cowboys (8-3).

The prime-time matchup isn’t expected to be a very competitive one. The Colts have one of the worst offenses in the NFL while the Cowboys are one of the hottest teams in the league right now.

Here’s a look at the updated betting odds as the Colts remain the biggest underdogs of the week against the Cowboys, according to Tipico Sportsbook.

Spread Moneyline Total Points
Indianapolis Colts (4-7-1) +10 +425 O 44
-109
Dallas Cowboys (8-3) -10 -550 U 44
-111

There were slight changes made to the betting odds since they opened this week. The spread dropped half of a point in favor of the Colts while the moneyline also shifted slightly in favor of Indy. The total for the game was bumped up half of a point as well.

This is likely due to the illnesses that cornerback Trevon Diggs and wide receiver Michael Gallup are dealing with. There’s a chance they’re dealing with those illnesses during the weekend as they’ve yet to practice entering Friday.

Regardless, the Colts shouldn’t be favored considering the way they’ve been playing. They’ve lost five of their last six and have scored more than 17 points just once during that stretch.

It should be noted that all but three of the Colts’ games this season have been decided by one possession.

The Cowboys remain one of the most complete teams in the NFL, which means this game could get ugly in a hurry.
