Colts open as Week 3 home favorites vs. Titans

Fresh off of their upset victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Indianapolis Colts (1-1-1) will open Week 3 as home favorites in the divisional matchup against the Tennessee Titans (1-2) at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Both the Colts and the Titans are coming off their first wins of the season. The Colts upset the Chiefs at home while the Titans pulled out a win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Suffice it to say, it was a bad week to be the AFC West.

Thanks to that thrilling upset win, the Colts open the week as 3.5-point home favorites over the Titans, according to Tipico Sportsbook.

Indianapolis Colts (1-1-1) -3.5 -175 U 42.5

Two teams who were thought to be in the race for the top spot in the AFC South have gotten off to poor starts to begin the season. However, both teams seem to have turned things around in their latest games.

Both offenses are trying to find their identity. Before Week 3, the Titans didn’t have much success running the ball with Derrick Henry while the receiving corps remains an ambiguous unit.

The Colts offensive line has kept the entire unit from reaching its potential, allowing 12 sacks thus far, which is the fourth-highest mark in the NFL.

This should be a physical battle between two teams trying to string some wins together, and the Colts will open the week as the favored squad.

Be sure to check back later in the week when we update the betting odds for Week 3.
