Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus will have a second interview with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their vacant head coach job, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Eberflus appears to be a hot commodity this offseason and now appears to be the frontrunner to be the next head coach of the Jaguars considering he’s the first candidate to interview a second time.

The Jaguars have certainly gotten a good look at Eberflus’ defense during his four seasons with the Colts to go along with the command and discipline he’s gotten from his unit.
Eberflus also interviewed for the vacant head coach job with the Chicago Bears on Monday, along with assistant general manager Ed Dodds.
It’s rare to see an inter-division coaching change but if both Eberflus and the Jaguars feel the fit is right, the Colts could be facing their former defensive coordinator twice a year.
