The Indianapolis Colts listed seven players as inactive ahead of their Week 4 matchup versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Teams are permitted to have only 48 players active on game days.

The good news for the Colts is that Braden Smith and Tyquan Lewis will be playing. Both players were listed as questionable on Friday.
However, the team will be without Kenny Moore, Kwity Paye, and Ryan Kelly.
Without Moore, the Colts already thin cornerback depth is going to be tested even further. We could see Chris Lammons get the start inside with Dallis Flowers and Sam Womack rotating on the boundary. Womack also has slot experience as well.
Without Paye, Laiatu Latu will be in store for a much larger role this week and in place of Kelly, rookie Tanor Bortolini is reportedly getting the start.
With Lewis active, Genard Avery will be inactive, still leaving the Colts with four healthy defensive ends. With Dayo Odeyingbo potentially seeing more defensive end snaps this week, the Colts elevated Adam Gotsis to bolster the defensive tackle depth.
Blake Freeland and Sam Ehlinger are inactive for the fourth straight game. Ehlinger is still eligible to be the emergency quarterback since he’s on the 53-man roster.
Lastly, Anthony Gould will be inactive for the first game this season. He has been the Colts primary return man. They could turn to Josh Downs and Dallis Flowers to help in his absence.
With Gould out, tight end Will Mallory will be active.
