The Indianapolis Colts hired Bryan Bing and Junior Collins as the Tony Dungy Diversity Coaching Fellows for the 2023 season, the team announced Monday.
Bing will serve as the Dungy coaching fellow on the defensive side of the ball while Collins will hold that role on the offensive side of the ball.
Bing has experience working with the defensive line. He was the defensive line coach at Wofford (2021-2022) and was the assistant defensive line coach as a graduate assistant at Pittsburgh (2019-2022). He also spent time at Butler University (2018), Kent State (2017) and Heidelberg University (2016).
Bing also was the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellow with the Arizona Cardinals in 2022.
Collins was the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach for Mount Union for three seasons (2020-2022). He also worked with Marietta College (2019) and Seton Hall (2015). Collins was a Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022.
