For the umpteenth time in the show’s history, College Gameday made its way to Columbus, Ohio on Saturday as the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes prepare to host No. 5 Notre Dame and new head coach Marcus Freeman in one of the biggest season-opening games across the sport.
The Buckeyes enter as pretty large favorites in the battle of two brand name programs with Tipico Sportsbook making Ohio State 16.5-point favorites.
Oddsmakers aren’t the only ones rocking with Ohio State. Lee Corso is, too. The iconic college football analyst pulled out the Buckeyes headgear to close Gameday’s morning show as the crowd in Columbus went predictably wild.

Ohio State is +320 to win the College Football Playoff this season while quarterback C.J. Stroud is the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy at +210.

The rest of the College Gameday panel agreed with Corso as Desmond Howard and celebrity guest picker Jack Harlow picked Ohio State as well.
