Colin Cowherd has done it again.
The long-time radio host on his program ‘The Herd’ riled up a fan base by taking an unserious shot at a team’s quarterback. This time 49ers QB Brock Purdy was in Cowherd’s faux-crosshairs for committing one of what the host pretends to believe to be the biggest sin a quarterback can commit: wearing a hat backwards.
Posting the quote in its entirety is mostly a waste of time, but the crux of his tongue-in-cheek point is that Jalen Hurts is more suited to be a franchise quarterback than Purdy because Purdy wore a hat backwards one time in a press conference. And also that he wouldn’t want Purdy to move his furniture. Or something.
