Colin Coates hailed Sean Moore after Cliftonville's teenage sensation scored twice in Saturday's 2-1 win over Glentoran.
Moore scored with his left and right foot as his burgeoning reputation hit new heights.
It was another big performance and massive result for the North Belfast Reds who remain six points behind Premiership leaders Larne with just eight games remaining.

Coates says the 17-year-old Moore can be a handful for any defender, and believes the teen winger gave experienced Glentoran captain Marcus Kane a "torrid time" at Solitude.
"I can't remember when I was 17 years of age, it was a long, long time ago," Coates joked on BBC Sportsound.
"Sean is a super kid, and first and foremost as a kid he wants to learn and wants to do well. You can see the talent he has got.
"He's maybe had a couple of games in the past month or so where he has been quiet but he's 17 years old, you are going to have quiet games at that age.
"You saw today the quality. Both the finishes were first class.
"The first one was with his left foot and the keeper has no chance. You think he is all left-footed but no, he puts one in with his right foot off the inside of the post.
"I think he was a threat all day and I think he gave Marcus Kane, who is a seasoned pro and been a top performer for Glentoran for years at left-back, a bit of a torrid time today and he really put it up to him.
"Sean is physical as well and will go and win headers and challenge for headers. He has a bright future."
Moore is enjoying a stellar season with Cliftonville and is expected to seal a big deal across the water this summer.
Several cross-channel clubs have been monitoring the 17-year-old's progress at Solitude, including West Ham United, Newcastle United, Everton, Brighton and QPR.
Coates added: "We are going to find it difficult to keep hold of him come the summer.
"But we will enjoy him and the Cliftonville fans should enjoy him while he's here and hopefully he can keep push us on this season."
