Coleen Rooney has issued a heartfelt plea to her fans on Twitter, as Christmas approaches.
The WAG, who is married to Wayne Rooney, shared an appeal from Claire House on Thursday. The hospice is close to Coleen's heart after it cared for her sister Rosie, who died in 2013 at the age of 14.
Rosie had a lifelong battle with Rett Syndrome, a rare disorder that affects the brain’s development, and results in severe mental and physical disability.

A video from the hospice features the experiences of seriously ill children Aaron and Paige, and their families. Their parents say they "don't know how many Christmases" they will have with their little ones.
Claire House said: "You can be there this Christmas for seriously ill children like Aaron and Paige". Coleen shared the tweet, encouraging her followers to "Please watch and share".
It comes after her husband Wayne donated funds to Claire House through his Wayne Rooney Foundation back in 2018, and in previous years. At the time, chief executive of Claire House Children’s Hospice David Pastor said: “Claire House is delighted to be a beneficiary of the Wayne Rooney Foundation International match.
"We have recently launched an appeal to reach out to every dying child and family that needs us, and any money raised will go towards meeting the urgent demand for our services.”
Coleen also shared a video of herself making a star decoration to raise money for the Wirral hospice back in December 2015.
