Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy focus on family Christmases as Wagatha TV drama concludes

Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy have both headed out for some festive fun with their families as the finale of the Wagatha Christie TV drama aired on Channel 4.

Both mums spoiled their children with the Christmas outings last night as they enjoyed seeing Santa and getting into the festive spirit.

Coleen took her four boys to the pantomime at Liverpool's Epstein Theatre to see Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

Meanwhile, Rebekah took her brood including daughters Sofia and Olivia alongside brothers Finlay and Taylor to the Polar Express for a Christmas day out to meet Santa.

In Coleen's Instagram post, she praised the cast of the Goldilocks show as she shared a snap of her four boys meeting stars from the show. Kai, 12, Klay, nine, Kit, six, and Cass, four, beamed for the camera on their festive outing.

Sharing the snap on Instagram with her 937,000 followers, Coleen wrote: "Brilliant pantomime @epsteintheatre. Thanks for having us."

In Birmingham, Rebekah Vardy treated her kids to a Christmassy day out with the Polar Express. Sharing a variety of snaps from the day, her children looked ecstatic as they met Santa and enjoyed the festive train ride.

Sharing to her 402,000 followers, Rebekah wrote: "We had so much fun tonight on the Polar Express.

"Seeing Is Believing, But, Sometimes, The Most Real Things In The World Are The Things We Can't See."

Both families enjoyed the festive outings as the dramatisation of their dramatic court case from earlier this year concluded on Channel 4.

The finale of the Vardy v Rooney drama has had viewers 'gripped' as they relive the twists and turns from the court case earlier this year.

Some viewers have even hailed it as the "best TV all year" as viewers tuned in to see the recreation of the UK High Court defamation case between the two WAGs.

The court case gripped the nation this summer, while Rebekah lost her libel battle against Coleen over a viral social media post, after a High Court judge found it was "substantially true".
