Coleen Nolan has recommended a sex book for men to read to teach them about female pleasure.
The Loose Women panelist, 57, also gushed about her Tinder boyfriend Michael Jones and their healthy sex life.
Panelists had been discussing the news that Bridgerton's second series would be having less sex scenes than the first one - and what impact that will have on the show.
Quizzed on whether she was disappointed, Coleen admitted: "This will surprise you - I don't really like when there's too much of that. I like the thoughts of what they're about to do but I'm more interested in the romantic side, to be honest. I like the flirtation."
Fellow panelist Sophie Morgan went on to question whether showing sex on TV helps relationships at all and pointed out statistics suggesting that there could be a 'gender pleasure gap'.
She read out figures that suggested within heterosexual sexual encounters, it is reported that 6% of women of any age say that they always have orgasms in sex, in comparison to 90% of men.
Coleen was shocked by the disparity, revealing that a lot of letters she got as an agony aunt were from women who said that their partner was perfect in every way but that they weren't matching sexually.
However, the women also said that they often couldn't talk about it to their partners.
Jane Moore asked Coleen if her partner "burns for her".
"Oh he burns for me," Coleen said proudly. "I'm in the minority of all of them."
She added: "I have to say that there are some fantastic books out there that men should read. I was talking about one the other day that somebody read - I won't say who because they'll be embarrassed - but it really worked."
Ruth began: "Telling men how to..."
"Explaining all about the female body," Coleen said. "What it does... and it's for men to learn how to..."
Quizzed on what it was called, Coleen giggled as she admitted she wasn't sure she was able to say the name of it.
Eventually, she revealed the book was cheekily called 'She Comes First'.
"Ok, that's what we need," Ruth laughed.
