The Liverpool-linked Cody Gakpo has outlined what he wants from his next club with speculation he is set to leave PSV Eindhoven in the summer.
Gakpo has wowed with his directness and eye for goal this season, contributing 12 goals and 13 assists in 27 league games in the Eredivisie. Valued at £22.5million by transfermarkt despite having a contract until 2026, a number of clubs are said to be eager to sign the 23-year-old.
Liverpool already have Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino, Takumi Minamino, Divock Origi and Harvey Elliott as forward options. But with Salah, Mane and Firmino all out of contract in just over a year's time, and Origi seemingly set to leave the club in the summer, Jurgen Klopp could yet delve into the market for further attacking additions.

Should that be the case and Liverpool seek to sign Gakpo, the Holland international has made it clear what he's looking for.
“Anything can happen this summer,” he told Dutch media outlet De Telegraaf. “I will now calmly compare all the options and see what is best for me. Staying another year is also an option.
“It would be a shame if I went somewhere where I wouldn’t get a job at all and I could miss the World Cup. I’ll keep that in mind.”
Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal have also been linked with Gakpo.
