Coca-Cola has confirmed that its highly popular Christmas Truck Tour will return this festive season.
The truck, which features dazzling lighting and offers the public the chance to pick up a free coke, has become a highlight of Christmas for people across Scotland and the UK. While exact dates and locations have not yet been confirmed, it is likely to make at least one stop in Scotland following its appearance at the Silverburn Shopping Centre last November.
This year, the tour will feature a ‘winter market’ setting, with activities for all ages such as interactive games, food huts, and the opportunity to purchase personalised Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar and Coca‑Cola Original Taste products. Those heading along will also have the opportunity to snap a seasonal selfie in front of the famous truck.

Laura Moon, Senior Brand Manager at The Coca‑Cola Company, Great Britain, said: “ Coca‑Cola has always been synonymous with Christmas, particularly the iconic Truck Tour and Holidays Are Coming advert. This year, the magic of Christmas is needed more than ever, and we are excited to bring back our famous truck tour to fans nationwide."
The tour is aiming to put a spotlight on local community, and will be supporting FareShare, which is the largest charity fighting hunger and food waste in the UK. Coca‑Cola Great Britain has pledged to donate the equivalent of up to 100,000 meals to those in need throughout the Christmas period.
With the theme for those attending of “Your Presence is Your Present”, the company will fund the equivalent of one meal for a person in need for each person that attends the Coca‑Cola Truck Tour.
The equivalent of 100,000 meals have already been donated to FareShare by Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners with the aim of funding the total equivalent of 200,000 meals.
CEO at FareShare Lindsay Boswell said: “We’re incredibly grateful for the support from Coca‑Cola. Their donation will help us get more good-to-eat surplus food to people across the UK most impacted by the cost of living crisis.
"We hope as many people visit the Coca‑Cola Truck Tour this Christmas so that we can get more food to people who need it during what are challenging times for many.”
Updates about the upcoming Christmas Truck Tour will be announced on the official Coca-Cola GB Twitter account.
