Coca Cola has confirmed the first few dates of its 2022 Christmas Truck tour as the much-loved red truck takes to the road once again.
The tour visited Victoria Retail Park in Nottingham in December 2018 and fans are eagerly awaiting news of whether it will return to our county this year.
Coca-Cola is yet to confirm the full details for its 2022 tour but the first few dates have now been scheduled, with the tour kicking off at Bluewater shopping centre in Dartford, Kent.
The Mirror reports the first truck stop tomorrow is followed by Sainsbury's Beckton, east London as Saturday's chosen venue, where it will also remain until Sunday.
Belfast plays host to the lorry on December 16 and 17, while Dublin in the Irish Republic will be the venue for a three-day stint between 8-10 of the Christmas month.
Visitors to the tour stops are usually able to pick up free sample of the drinks while visiting the event. Although there are no firm details about freebies and giveaways, in 2021, Coca-Cola employees were handing out small cans of Coke Zero and visitors were able grab a selfie with the vehicle many see as a Christmas tradition.
The tour was cancelled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, but returned last year on a smaller scale than usual, with dates and destinations only announced a day or so before to avoid Covid-19 related cancellations.
