Blackpink has made history as the first K-pop act to headline Coachella, after first performing at the US music festival in 2019.
There were fireworks when the Korean group, consisting of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa, took to the stage on Saturday night – with the group incorporating pyrotechnics in their routine. They gave an energetic performance of their hits in a blend of English and Korean.
History was also made the night before, when Puerto Rican star Bad Bunny became the first Spanish-language artist to headline Coachella.
During his set he asked the crowd whether they would like to hear him speak in English or Spanish. The response? Overwhelmingly Spanish.
There were some technical issues with his mic failing during his set, but performance highlights included an appearance by special guest Post Malone.
Calvin Harris was alone on stage despite his songs featuring everyone from Rihanna to Sam Smith. He relied on the audience to sing along – which they did – with the crowd enthusiastically embracing the performance.

Producer Metro Boomin's star-studded set included guests The Weeknd, John Legend and 21 Savage.
A major talking point of the weekend was the reunion of Blink-182's Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker, who got back together onstage for the first time since 2015.
BTS's Jungkook has also reportedly been spotted.
And singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh became the first Punjabi singer to perform at Coachella.
Aussie artist The Kid Laroi appeared on the bill on Saturday and there's lots more to come. But YouTube has tweeted that headliner Frank Ocean's Sunday night performance would not be streamed live.

It's been running since 1999 and showcases established and emerging artists.
