A popular wild dining’event in Co Fermanagh is set for a new location this weekend as it sets up shop in a converted 16th century barn on an old fairy fort.
Wilde Dining is the brainchild of Cathy McGovern, who has won acclaim for her cave dining events at the Marble Arch Caves in the county, highlighting the beauty of the local area and the quality produce that comes from it.
As well as their cave events this weekend, Feast Over Fire at Primrose Farm House will feature Michelin star chef Danni Barry as well as live music from Ciaran Carson and Grainne Duffy.

Describing the idyllic venue overlooking Lough Erne Cathy told MyFermanagh Primrose Farm was the perfect place to host one of her events.
“There’s an old fairy fort on it and it’s a farm with a 16th century cottage and barn conversion,” Cathay said.
“We’re going to be inside the barn which has a conservatory with panoramic lake views all over Upper Lough Erne.
“The weather looks good but it’s not particularly warm so we might have the lunch outside if it is warm enough.
“We’ll cook outside on the open fire and some fires to sit around outside if people choose and some bell tents up with heaters in them so people can relax in there.”
Describing the experiences as "nomadic fine dining", Cathay added that her business venture has grown significantly due to the popularity of her cave dining events.
She added: “The caves kind of take care of themselves because we only run events like those a couple of times a year.
“We have more of those booked in for later this year, and they are extremely popular.
“It’s nomadic fine dining so we never just stick to the same locations and always want to come up with fresh ideas.”
Limited tickets are available for the ‘Feast to Fire’ this weekend and more information is available on their ‘Wilde Dining’ Facebook page.
