A popular go-karting track in Clydebank has re-opened after a £250k refurbishment promising an exciting new multi-level layout circuit, a new fleet of electric 40mph karts, and a 'mind-blowing' laser tag arena.
TeamSport, one of Europe’s leading companies for indoor go-karting, revealed that the new circuit is packed full of exciting straights and challenging corners, and has been designed to allow for more overtaking opportunities, guaranteeing drivers will "feel the thrill" of the faster acceleration provided by the e-karts.
As well as being greener, the electric karts also come with the added benefit of removing the smells and noise associated with petrol karts, a move that they say has proven to be popular with lots of our customers.

The refreshed Laser Combat facilities now boast a Backyard Devastation theme featuring a "mind-blowing look and feel", which Teamsport say is the "first of its kind in the UK".
The TeamSport Glasgow Clydebank go-karting and laser tag are available to book now from the website.
Speaking about the update, CEO of TeamSport, Dom Gaynor, said: “We’re delighted with the new electric fleet at Clydebank. It is our twelfth track to be converted to electric karts from petrol. We are on track to achieve our target of fifty percent of our tracks being converted to electric by the end of 2023.
“The refurbishment of the Laser Combat arena is a great step forward for Laser Combat fans, bringing the whole venue up to date and a superb multi-activity venue for the family.
“In addition, we’ve updated all areas including the spectator area, changing rooms and the bar so it really does feel like a brand-new venue inside.”
