Clyde have taken Dumbarton defender Ryan McGeever on a loan deal until the end of this season, in exchange for stopper Peter Grant heading in the opposite direction.
Jim Duffy has swooped to bring in 28-year-old McGeever, who he signed for Dumbarton in 2019. The defender has had spells at Falkirk, Queen's Park and Brechin, and was appointed captain at the Sons in the summer.

Grant, 28, has had spells at clubs including Falkirk, Plymouth Argyle, Morton and Queen's Park, and is the son of former Celtic hero Peter Grant.
A statement issued by Clyde read: "All at the club would like to wish Peter the very best for the duration of his loan spell."
