Nottingham Forest target Neco Williams is said to be training alone amid talk of a potential Liverpool exit.
The Reds are preparing for their return to the Premier League, with boss Steve Cooper looking to put together a squad capable of making the step up. And ensuring they are well covered at wing-back is a priority.
An opening bid for Williams from Forest is believed to have been rejected. But the defender nevertheless looks likely to move on this summer.

The Wales international is training by himself at the AXA Training Centre, according to the Daily Mirror, despite the club previously listing him as one of 19 players due to return for pre-season on Monday. It is claimed he could be next to leave Anfield, but “no suitable offer” - either a loan or permanent deal - has currently been put forward.
The Reds are said to have put forward a bid of £11m, with extras worth about £4m. However, Liverpool reportedly want a “larger guaranteed sum” closer to their £15m valuation.
Southampton and Fulham have also been credited with an interest in Williams. The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Craven Cottage.
He made 15 appearances and scored two goals as he helped the Cottagers secure the Championship title. He made his senior debut for Liverpool in 2019 and has featured 33 times for his parent club.
Forest have made three new signings so far this summer, in Taiwo Awoniyi, Dean Henderson and Giulian Biancone. Moussa Niakhate is set to become their fourth, with more business to be done beyond that.
