Get ready to scale new heights in the middle of a shopping mall as Clip 'n' Climb has now opened at intu Metrocentre.
Having already proved popular at nearby Gateshead leisure centre, the climbing attraction has launched at the Metrocentre, right on cue for the school holidays.
Clip ‘n Climb, which has opened in the Yellow Mall, just along from NAMCO Funscape on the ground floor, offers an all-weather space where adults and kids can enjoy some healthy, action-packed fun, featuring 26 individual climbing wall challenges of varying design and difficulty, testing agility and courage in different ways.
There are also three special attractions - Stairway to Heaven, 10 metre Drop Slide and Timed Wall.
The new Clip 'n' Climb attractions will add to intu Metrocentre’s leisure offer by providing more activities to entertain customers and create an even bigger draw for people looking for a day out destination.
Prices for Clip 'n' Climb at intu Metrocentre
A standard session is 90 minutes in total, a 30 minute introduction, harness fitting and safety briefing, including 60 minutes climbing time in the Clip ‘n Climb arena.
Prices are £13.50 when booking in advance online and £14.50 on the day.
