Rangers manager Philippe Clement is hoping his current injury crisis can lead to some "really positive surprises".
The Light Blues are currently without several key defender's including captain James Tavernier and influential centre-back John Souttar, while first choice goalkeeper Jack Butland is still sidelined.
Their absences have created opportunities for others to grasp, and Clement knows that the chance is there for somebody to make themselves a hero and take it.
He also references how he finally felt he had successfully integrated his summer signings and Rangers squad together prior to this injury crisis, which has since reduced any stability and perhaps is why his team looked fragile at the back against Hibernian last time out.
"At the beginning of the season you need a lot of players to adapt to the club and all the principles and everything," Clement told Sky Sports.

"So, we struggled more to keep a balance in the team than we have later on. Then we have a good balance in the team and we were getting a lot of clean sheets, but we were struggling to create really open chances.
"That's much better the last two months. We create a lot of chances, but now we get a lot of injuries in the defence. We are missing probably five players, maybe six in the defence.
"There is not a team in the world who keeps then real stability in that way. It's about creating stability again with new players, young players, who will play for the first time at this level.
"That's the challenge now, but the positive side of that is these guys get the chance to show themselves and get that experience. Sometimes you also get really positive surprises, and that's what we hope for."
Asked if any of his sidelined players will be back for Thursday's trip to face Dundee at Dens Park, Clement confirmed: "No, we will still miss Jack [Butland], [James] Tav, Nana Kasanwirjo, John Souttar, Leon Balogun, and we will see about Dujon Sterling tomorrow.
"It's still a doubt, so we will see."
