One of the most gruelling household appliances to clean in your home is the oven. It easily collects food, grease, and scum, which leads to a lengthy and difficult process to make it appear sparkling again.
Thankfully, a cleaning whizz has shared an efficient and inexpensive hack to make an oven look 'brand new' again. The stay-at-home mum raved about a £3.49 product from budget retailer Home Bargains that made her 'filthy' and 'gross' oven look as good as new.
Taking to popular video-streaming app TikTok, Chloe - who boasts more than 5,900 followers on account @newtomumclub - suggested that people use Oven Pride's Deep Oven Cleaner.
In the video, which has surpassed 290,000 views to date, the woman explained: "Guys come clean this filthy oven with me. I wasn't going to post this because I'm super embarrassed - to think we've been cooking in this is absolutely gross.
"This is not the time to be negative because I'm about to make this oven look brand spanking new!
"Picked up some of that Oven Pride from Home Bargains for £3.49 - that is a bargain!
"Put the bags in to soak, put the solution in the oven, gave it a scrub, and let mine soak overnight because it was absolutely disgusting.
"Fast forward to next day - I rinsed down all the racks and the tray and then I used Scrub Daddy to scrub it all down. It was super impressive - it literally just melted away the grease and grime.
"I started on the oven - I gave it a wipe down and it did start to come away!"
Chloe revealed that she was 'so impressed' by the product, which left her oven sparkling after boasting 'unbeatable results'.
Oven Pride's oven cleaning kit includes products - from the solution, cleaning gloves, and a bag.
Since sharing, the woman's video has raked in over 150 comments to date - where TikTok users praised the cleaning guru.
One person penned: "Oh my god!! Why have I never thought of rinsing in the shower - always struggling in the kitchen sink? Doing my oven Friday, so thank you."
Meanwhile, someone else suggested an efficient hack: "I love the Pink Stuff paste and crumped tin foil works a treat. I use oven liners too so never gets bad."
