Good mouth hygiene is something we're all striving for - everybody wants fresh breath and clean teeth.
But did you know, according to Oral B, you're supposed to change your toothbrush approximately every three to four months?
We'd like to hazard a guess that you're probably not sticking to that advice.
Oral B say: "Clinical research shows that a new toothbrush can remove more plaque than one that's worn out, ensuring that your brush is working its hardest to help keep your teeth clean and healthy."
B not taking proper care of your toothbrush, you could be putting yourself at a higher risk of tooth decay and problems with gums- and nobody wants that.

Samina Iltaf, who posts cleaning tips and reviews on her TikTok, knows just how important a clean toothbrush is.
She responded to a user who asked her: "Why do you keep toothbrushes head down touching each other?"
She responded in a clip, holding a packet of Milton steriliser tablets, writing: "Every Sunday I sterilise them because they can harbour germs over a course of time."
In the comments, she explained further: "This is why I kept them facing down! Toothbrushes should be kept upright at all times to allow them to fully dry!"
She explained to another TikTok user that she uses Milton steriliser tablets to do her weekly toothbrush clean, but she also changes them every few months for maximum hygiene.
Another TikTok user suggested using mouthwash to clean the brushes too.
"Love sterilising toothbrushes", someone commented, followed by heart emojis.
It's not just the toothbrushes in the bathroom that Samina loves to clean though, as in another TikTok video she can be seen using multiple products to blitz it.
The voiceover says: "The bathroom is known to be the dirtiest room in the house, so I'm constantly giving it a freshen up to keep it super clean."
In the video, she can also be seen rinsing her toothbrushes off.
