Presenter Claudia Winkleman is known for many things, including her stint on Strictly, her infectious laugh, and her incredibly glossy locks.
It turns out not everyone's so keen on her signature hairdo, however, and they go to great lengths to make that abundantly clear. Despite years spent as an ambassador for Head and Shoulders, the presenter often receives criticism about her hair, or more specifically her fringe.
The BBC star has revealed she's even received letters of complaint about her famous fringe, as viewers moan her hairstyle is 'distracting'.
Talking to the Sun ahead of the launch of her new Channel 4 show, The Piano, which kicks off on Wednesday, she revealed she knows just how divisive her fringe can be.
"I am a walking fringe. But I grew it a centimetre every month and then suddenly started getting complaints. I genuinely get letters of complaint," Claudia says. "The main concerns seem to be, 'How does she see?' and 'What is she hiding?'. I also had a, 'Have you got squirrels under there?' which was a particularly good letter."
Fortunately, it sounds like the TV legend is taking no notice of the bizarre complaints. Instead, she's focused on doing what she does best, which is great news for The Traitors fans anxiously awaiting the next series of the popular show.
The veteran presenter might soon change her title however, as fans are calling for her to receive a damehood following the success of Traitors.
The TV show, which sees contestants divided into Faithfuls and Traitors, has captivated BBC viewers who love the 'gripping entertainment'.
Some even went so far as the call the UK version of the show's finale the 'best hour of TV ever', with plenty of praise delivered for the 'superb' Claudia, who viewers called a 'perfect host'.
