Kelvin Fletcher 's farming documentary series on the BBC has been accused of being a "rip off" of Clarkson's Farm.
The new show, which debuted tonight, follows the former Emmerdale actor, 38, and his family as they move onto a 120-acre former working farm near the Peak District.
The six-part series will show the Strictly Come Dancing winner learning how to run a farm, with the help of next-door neighbour, Gilly, who has experience in the industry.
The show - which is titled Kelvin's Big Farming Adventure - has been compared to the series Clarkson's Farm, which follows Jeremy Clarkson, 61, on his farm in Oxfordshire.
Kelvin is said to have previously addressed this in a recent interview, though viewers of his new series couldn't help but point out the comparison earlier this evening.
The comparison between the new BBC project and the Amazon Prime Video series was made by viewers who took to Twitter to share their thoughts tonight.
One viewer commented this evening: "Kelvin Fletcher as the new Jeremy Clarkson is not something I expected to see."
Another tweeted: "On BBC1 right now is a @PrimeVideo Jeremy Clarson the Farm rip off with Kelvin Fletcher."
A third said: "How much does Kelvin Fletcher want to copy Jeremy Clarkson with his new farm." Whilst a fourth said: "Clarkson's Farm it ain't."
Another said: "What an original, imaginative idea." Whilst a sixth commented on social media: "Talk about jumping on the @JeremyClarkson bandwagon."
"Well this is an original idea," tweeted one viewer, whilst another joked that the BBC wanted something to rival Clarkson's Farm but didn't want to be seem as "copy cats."
Another viewer took to Twitter earlier to comment: "[It's] basically a #clarksonsfarm rip off (enjoyable tho)."
They weren't the only fan though, with another viewer tweeting: "Really enjoyed the first episode and what a beautiful farm it is too."
Others said they "loved it" and described it as a "fab programme," whilst another tweeted: "That was funny. Enjoyed that."
