Chunkz noticeably angry after his penalty is stolen by Mark Wright in Soccer Aid game

Chunkz was furious with his teammates after he was denied the chance to take a penalty at Soccer Aid.

The YouTuber, 26, won a spot-kick shortly before half-time to help England equalise against the World XI. Ex-professional footballer and reality TV star Mark Wright stepped up to confidently stroke the ball past Chelsea legend Petr Cech and level the game.

Yet it was obvious Chunkz wanted to take the penalty. After drawing a foul from TikTok favourite Noah Beck, Chunkz approached the spot. He was then called over by Jamie Carragher, who told him former Crawley defender Wright was the designated penalty taker.

Supporters booed the decision, but those jeers quickly turned to cheers when Wright found the back of the net. Chunkz protested the decision - much to the crowd's delight - and it's unlikely we've heard the last of this!

Fans on Twitter were also furious with England's decision. One tweeted: "That's horrific, Chunkz wins the pen and doesn't even get to take it. It's Soccer Aid not the World Cup."

While Chunk's mate and fellow YouTuber Sharky wrote: "That's outrageous. Mark Wright should be ashamed of himself. That was Chunkz's pen to take."

Several other fans, meanwhile, simply tweeted: "Justice for Chunkz."

Chunkz is one of the many celebrities that took part in Soccer Aid this year. Others include comedians Alex Brooker and Russell Howard, actors David Harewood and Damian Lewis, musicians Aitch and Tom Grennan and four-time Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah.

And that's just the England team. Actors Mark Strong and Martin Compston, comedians Mo Gilligan, Lee Mack and Munya Chawawa, reality TV stars Kem Cetinay and Steven Bartlett and strongman Tom Stoltman were among those to star for the World XI.
